I have been examining the documentation for a class library written in C++.

If I add a UserControl to a placeholder on a page during that pages PreRender

get processed?
I would have thought yes because on adding the control I would have
thought that the OnInit, IPostBackDataHandler, etc calls would then be

I built a server control that builds a table with input boxes. The input boxes are added programmatically and I'd like to be able to add validator controls as well. The problem is that in order to get the validators to work, they must be added at the PreRender stage.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
