How to make child links to my "Admin" link on the Master Page?

Hello,
we are using Master Pages in asp.net 2.0. Our Master page has three
contentplacehol ders. On the left most ContentPlaceHol der we have all
the links for the navigation of the site. One of the links on it is
"Admin" link. Now, if some one with "Admin" Role logs in and clicks on
it then the "Admin" link should populate all the other links underneath
the "Admin" link. I am looking for some thing like toggel link.

Can some one please help me how do I accomplish this toggle link type
of task.
Thanks
-L

I'm new to the .NET programming, but I need to create an admin type page in asp.net whereas the user can add events with about 4 different field variables, and this all gets stored to an sql database on the network. Where is a good resource to look at for this , which includes the connection/datagrid stuff for sql connection. Thanks in advance Muench *** Sent via Developersdex http://www.developersdex.com ***

To make my system's admin page safer maybe I should apply <body onunload=""> somehow so that admin session would be reseted immediately after user closes the window? But how to check easily that unloading refers only to windowclosing, not to following links to other admin subpages?

Hi, I want to use 2 master pages, one for the main part of the site, the other for the admin pages. They are quite similar, with many shared elements. Ideally I would like to have a parent master page, which both of these child master pages are based on, and in turn the final pages are based on one of these child master pages.

Using only Access 97. Need to run as admin in order to use Tool /Compact, etc. Tried Allen Browne's suggestion about registry hack meant for multiple versions of Access, but doesn't seem to work for "version 8.". (Still get Error 75: Path/File access error) Users have been using desktop icons pointing to specific .mdb. Although "Run as Administrator" is available for short-cut to msaccess.exe, it is grayed out when specific mdb is added...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
