Hi there,
I need to write an application which should monitor user activity
client-side and transmit captured information to a central server. User
activity means application usage and "internet activity" (browsing, FTP, or
whatever).
For the application usage part I decided to implement WMI Win32_Process

Currently I am have an assignment which has to have some functionality
which enables internet usage of client computers from a server machine.
Basically this is an upgradation that I have to write to an existing
software for chain of Internet Cafes. Any pointer or resource where I can
find such information on Monitoring Internet usage would be highly

I am trying to monitor the CPU usage of a particualar process in
VB.NET, and the best that I can come up with is get the TotalProcessor
time using the System.Diagnostic.Process object.
Is there an easy way to do this?

I have a C# server which has 4 worker threads running all the time.
When I let the server runs for several hours, for some reasons the CPU
usage of the application will shoot to 100% and remain there.
I would like to find out which thread(s) is/are the source of the
problem.
Would you have any idea on how to tackle the problem please?

into the client that will monitor IE usage whenever it's has focus and

My ISP gives me unlimited usage anytime except between 6.00pm and 11.00pm between these hours I have a 20 gig download limit.
I need a programme to monitor my usage during these times.
I am using an application called DUmeter but this registers the usage all the time and rests in the system tray.
I have written a programme in vb5 to turn it on at a given time but because DUmeter rests in the system tray near the clock I cannot acess it...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
