Hello,
I bought Visual Studio 6.0 Professional several years ago as a college
student with the academic price/license. Microsoft's Upgrade Eligability
page (http://tinyurl.com/3mtga) does list VS 6.0 Professional as an upgrade,
but it mentions nothing about the academic license.
Does anyone know of a Microsoft page that states whether the academic
version may or may not be upgraded to a single license of
Visual Studio .NET 2003...

This might sound sad... someone requesting a disertation on the 'eval'
statement... but... I've been reading someone else's post - they had a
huge calander like script and a handful of folk cursed the script and
special attention was thrown at the fact the script used eval alot.
I don't use eval alot in my scripts - but I do use it - and since I
always out to learn more / improve my javascript skills, I'm curious why

CD. (version 7.0) This version of Office Pro includes version 7.0 of
Access95.
Pre installed on my new computer is, Microsoft Office Basic Edition
2003 (s55-00033) MS Office Basic 2003 does not include MS Access.
Can I install Access 95 from my Office Pro95 CD to my new computer
and then upgrade to Access 2003? Thanks

The user of my asp.net program use Sql2005 or Sql2005 express as database,
both are possible.
I have try both version of data base, I found:
If I use Sql2005 express, the Data Source in connection string will be
..\SQLEXPRESS, like:
Data Source=.\SQLEXPRESS;Initial Catalog=myDB;Integrated Security=True
But I use Sql2005 , the Data Source in connection string can be use
(local), like:

Is there a way to upgrade from Visual C++ Net 2002 to
Visual C++ Net 2003? The 2002 version does not provide
a Windows Forms Designer. I can't find any upgrade package
on Microsoft's website.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
