The subject says it all, how do I go about disableing the image
toolbar IE throughts up when you hover over an images? I found some
code to disable the right menu, but not the toolbar.

Hi,
We want to disable BACK & FORWARD button of the browser so
that user is forced to navigate through the menu options
provided in the site. The browser used is Internet
Explorer only.
Please suggest some solution or any other alternate
approach.
