Hi Everyone,
I am wanting to create a redirector on my server so that if I type in
something like 'mysite.com/redirect/target' it would look into my database
and see entry for 'target' and forward to that url.
How do I do this? I put a default.asp file in my redirect url, however,
trying to hit redirect/target tries process that url rather than read the
default.asp and the first off to my target.

I have a web page that is designed to allow users to run crystal reports
which are then exported into PDF formats. Currently, when the user clicks
the "Submit" button there is some processing to build the PDF file and then I
use a Response.Redirect("Exported\\crystal_report_name.pdf)"; command to
redirect the page. However, the user wants the PDF file to open in a new
window. Is there a way I can do this? It doesn't have to be...

I have a page which has some frames. After processing one
of the pages I want to redirect to another frameset.
However, when I use Response.Redirect I end up with a
frameset with the frameset rather than just the new
frameset.
I have had to resort to using Javascript to do this but
I'd prefer to use the server.
Any ideas ho to do this?

I want to redirect the user to a url outside of our website but I want it to
preserve our application's window by opening a new window. We have a
datagrid that has five hyperlink columns containing links to external sites.
The hyperlink columns have the target="_blank" attribute so they preserve
the existing window. This works OK except that the NavigateURL's are quite
long due to the size of the query string and this makes the page slow. ...

Ich habe ein Frameset mit 3 Frames.
Im 1. Frame wird eine ASPX-Seite geöffnet. In dieser werden einige
Steuerelemente angezeigt.
Nun soll bei bestimmten Benutzeraktivitäten eine andere ASPX-Seite geöffnet
werden, und zwar in einem der beiden anderen Frames. Mein Problem ist, dass
die Seite, die geöffnet werden soll, manchmal im 2. und manchmal im 3. Frame
angezeigt werden soll (je nach Benutzeraktivität).
