Grid dots does not showup in ASP.Net 2.0 designer

Hi,
In VS.Net 2003, on setting MS_Positioning to gridlayout,I was able to see
the grid dots in designer. But when i tried the same in VS.Net 2005 it is
saying invalid attribute.
Is the pageLayout attribute knocked off in ASP.Net 2.0 ? and we cannot see
the grid in design time?

Regards,
Jagadeesh

Hi all, I have now correctly set up my dataset and two grids, so that the parent navigates the child. THe thing is that the child table is actually a lookup type table. It lists billing types for the parent table, so that I just store a key in the parent table, and the show the billing type description from the child I need to set this up in...

Is there really any advantage to using DIV elements with float style properies, vs. the old method of TABLE and TR and TD? I'm finding that by using DIV, it still involves the same number of elements in the HTML to get everything just right. When you consider the class attribute on the DIV elements, there's not much size savings anymore...

When you place controls on the Windows form, there's a grid of dots on the form that defines the drop/alignment matrix. In Visual Studio 6.0 Enterprise Edition, you could change the size of the grid by going to the Tool->Options->General and putting in a higher grid size so that you had better control of placing controls. I want to do the...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. ...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For...
