I have a computer with XP on it. I loaded Office 97 first because I
needed Access 97 for some work. I then loaded Office 2000.
Everything seemed to be running fine. But I have come across a few
problems.
1) I have hyperlinks in some tables and when I try to access the
hyperlinks I get an error message "An unexpected error has occurred.

I just opened up an access database that works both in 2k3 and 2k. How
is this possible? Usually access would pop up with a window that says
you have to convert this database to the latest version. Otherwise you
can only view it read only..

I have a question about using different versions of same assembly from
GAC....
I have created a assembly "testlib" and created a strong name for that
assembly. Installed the assembly in GAC. Now I have created a client
application (windows application) "usetestlib". In the assemblyinfo.cs
file of usetestlib, i have given the version of the "testlib" assembly.

I am using JavaScript to access database. If I use a local database it works fine. If I use another database server it gives error.
I did settings in internet options but it works correct only for my computer. If I run same port address to different PC it again gives problem. What could be the issue?
