That's a very weird question. I guess, there might be browser specific stuff, but of course we'd have to know, what browser you're using. Talking about that, if it's firefox, then theoretically you could edit the code yourself, as it's freely available. Practically, it'd probably be an awful amount of work.
The only real solution I can think of, is if you have your internet connection running through some kind of router, which you can work with. There are some places around, where you get free WiFi here, and you normally get one site, whatever you enter into the address field, on which you have to accept their conditions or something like that. Not quite sure how they do it (haven't really thought about it either), but I'm sure one could find out.
But I guess the big question is: WHY would you want to do something like that?

Wow, nothing like trading down (IMHO). I would rather it went the other way myself. :-) But that's just me.
it sounds like thats his intent is to redirect someones browser to his site with out their knowledge. I could be wrong .. but if it walks like a duck.

I agree with that.
This question should not find any more answers regardless of the original motivation. It is not acceptable to discuss such things as they are clearly open to malicious use.

As you visit each new Web site, a history of that visit accumulates in the
address box of the IE browser. By clicking on the drop down arrow in the
address box, you can easily access a visited site. Is there a way to delete
just ONE of the visited addresses in the drop down address box area of the
IE Browser versus deleting them all? One of the principals at my school, for
some reason, wants to delete just one of the visited sites in the...

Linking to a Targeted Browser Window
I'd like to open reference links to other web sites in a
separate browser window from the browser window hosting my
own web site pages. The Link Target reserve word "_blank"
opens a blank new browser window for every link, which can
sometimes result in a lot of open browser windows.
Is there no way to "reuse" a previously linked browser
window and have it load the new web page in Foreground

I can't make this script work properly. I've gone as far as I can with
it and the rest is out of my ability. I can do some html editing but
I'm lost in the Java world. The script at the bottom of the html page
controls the form fields that are required. It doesn't function like
it's supposed to and I can leave all the fields blank and it still
submits the form. Also I can't get it to transfer the file in the
upload section. The file name...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
