How to define onclick event to TD of Datalist in ASP.Net(using VB)

1 New Member
Hi Please help me to define a sub for td of Datalist in VB.Net

Here is my Design Code:

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. <asp:DataList ID="subMenu" runat="server">
  2.   <ItemTemplate>
  3.     <table border="0" runat="server" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="170px">
  4.       <tr runat="server">
  5.         <td runat="server" id="td_Menu" style="background-image:url(Images/BG.bmp)" onclick="td_Menu_Click">
  6.           <%#DataBinder.Eval(Container.DataItem, "name")%>
  7.         </td>
  8.       </tr>
  9.     </table>
  10.   </ItemTemplate>
  11. </asp:DataList>

This is how I defined the Sub in code page

Protected Sub td_Menu_Click(B yVal sender As Object, ByVal e As System.EventArg s)

End Sub

Thank you

Have you considered binding to a hyperlink, linkbutton, or something so that you can actually do something when you click on the element?

I was wondering, what happens when you have an onclick event and an error occurs in it: In an <a> element: onclick="zoomFullExtent(); return false;" I know that there is an error happening in zoomFullExtent. I didn't define my own error handler, so the default one is used.(My browser is Firefox 1.0).

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...
