TCP listener or ....?

3 New Member
Hi

Having trouble reading data from a hardware ISDN interface.

I´ll try to explain how the box works:

1: I connect with TCPclient to port 50035 on the box. I can find out of the local port in use with tcpclient.clien t.localendpoint (port).
2: The box will now start to send all status messages to my local port without me having to pull for it (have checked it works with Wireshark).

But how do I listen for these messages in my app? Do I have to use tcplistener? I have tried but my app hangs...

So I´m not really looking for client/server comm, but just capturing the packets being sent to my local port. And keep doing this for as long as my app. runs.

Any ideas how to do this?

Best regards,
Brian

I have been perplexed by how to best treat an event that spans different classes. For example, I have a form which a user inputs data. I want to broadcast that data via an event to another class (seen globally) having a data structure which saves that form data to disk. Whenever the form updates the data I'd like to broadcast the...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
