I have a Class FWControl defined in FWControl.dll (a .net class
library). It doesn't inherit anything other than Object.
FWControl has an event StatusChanged, which is actually raised in
response to a file changing. The File is being watched with
FileSystemWatcher
I have an application FWMonitor which has a reference to FWControl.dll
and uses the FWControl Class.

After I've added the menustrip and the toolstrip to my MDI windows Form (and
I've added their respective items), I notice that the items disappear.
They're still in the code, but the association between the bar and the items
(i.e. toolStrip.Items.AddRange) disappears. How come? This is happening
frequently. After I fix it, it erases it again.

When mouse over on menuitem, the corresponding menuitem text should display
in StatusStrip control.
How to do this?
Simillarly for when mouse over on toolstrip item, the corresponding
toolstrip button tag property need to be taken.

I have a program that is crashing on some machines (at a client of
ours). I have determined that it goes down on this line of code:
ToolStrip x = new ToolStrip();
I created a simple test app that only performs this one line of code.
It throws an exception so I know the problem is not caused by
something in my code. It seems like there is a problem with .NET. We
have tried uninstalling and reinstalling .NET 2, but it doesn't help.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
