Open Excel, Create New Excels

This seems like a simple task. But it's kicking my butt.

I have 1 existing excel file. I want to copy the first 50 rows from
that excel file, and put them in a new excel file. Then I want to get
the next 50 rows of the existing document, and put them in another
brand new excel file. The new excel documents cannot have named column
headers. I want to keep getting 50 rows "chunks" from the existing
file, and putting them into seperate, new excel files. I need to it to
run until there are no more existing rows in the existing excel file
(to the end of the file).

So...

Open exsiting excel file
Copy first 50 rows
Create new excel file
Create new worksheet in the new excel (tab at bottom)
Put the 50 rows in the new excel document
save the new excel document to .xls
Get the next 50 rows of the existing excel document
put them in a brand new xls document
keep doing this until eof of existing excel document
Can anybody point me in the right direction?

Thanks,
- Steve

The another approach WindowHandler is fine with Windows Applications but not working in Web...

Hello all, I am a new Perl programmer. Below is the beginnings of a code that I am using to manipulate an Excel spreadsheet via Perl using win32::OLE. However, what I'd like to do is the following: instead of either opening a file or creating a new one, I'd like to do BOTH. I was thinking of creating a loop where I could basically say something like: if $excelfile exists, then open $excelfile, otherwise, create a new workbook named...

Hi, I am working on a ASP.NET project where I need to create and export data into excel format. I have done it by using Miscrosoft Componets for excel but now I need to do it without using Miscrosoft Componets for excel as server will not have MS Excel installed in it. If any one can provided me with any type of idea or code samples for doing it would be a great help. Thanks

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it. First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
