Can anyone tell me how you can get the Snippets found in the Code
Snippet Manager, to show up in my toolbox? Add/Import asks me for a
directory name, and I'm not sure what to do.
Microsoft, wouldn't it be great if we could click on "Add" or "Import"
and it would actually add or import it?

Under the tools menu I see a menu for "Code Snippets Manager"
I open and see some wonderful stuff but how do you use it?
Example, if I choose "File System" and then choose "Create a folder"
it does nothing. I would expect to see some code on how to create a folder
but all I see is a description a shortcut and an author, no code snippet?

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
