I need to create some reports for printing from my database. From
everything I can find using Google, there doesn't seem to be any ways to
override the default header and footer.
Is this still true? Any good workarounds out there?

I'm pretty desperate to get color syntax printing. I just tried out
the evaluation version of 'Komodo', which several people in here
suggested, and its print features are terrible. The text is coming out
huge when I print at 8 point, tiny when I'm printing at 14 point (so
tiny that it looks like subscripts), the margins are reset at random,
and so on. Plus it doesn't recognize all my fonts.

Dear All, can anyone help here?
I need to use XML/XSLT to print out some documents which must all have
the same letterhead and footer section on all pages. The section in
between is dynamic XML, and will be of variable length.
Is it possible in XSLT to specify that this section must appear on
every page in this position?
And what is the best strategy for specifying that the variable XML

I need my VB.NET web app inventory system to be able

it to print to a file and the output is acceptable. From there I have
printPreview and (what is it) PrinDocument working.
All of the references I've found (to include several books) show that

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
