To all IIS/ASP-professionals,
we just upgraded from one machine to another and are experiencing some
strange date time number problems.
Both systems have been set up like this:
- MS Windows 2000 Server SP 3 english version
- IIS 5
- MS SQL Server 2000 SP 3 english version
- Regional options are both set to English US

Hello, help please.
I have a little macro that copies the date from a date/time field to a
memo field, BUT instead of going to the memo field it finds the first
date/time field and tries to copy there.
My first thought is to change the date to text but how?
Thanks!!!

Hello there
I wonder if you can help me.
I am creating a loans system for a make-believe CD rental company, in Microsoft
Access.
I have 3 tables: CD details, Member Details, and Loan Details.
I have created forms for each, so the user of the system can view member
details, enter new members, view loan details, enter new loans, etc.
A main menu has also been created so the user can easily access the
three forms from this page.
However,...

Does
Date = Date + 1
mean
Date Statement equals Date Function plus 1?
And if the answer is Yes, how much actual time
is being added to the date function in this assignment?

Hello!
Last night a job to create a view using DATE(CURRENT DATE - 1 DAY) received the current days date instead the previous days date.
Any one know why/how this can happen?
The DATE(....) is a hold over from when they use a hard coded date.
Is that scalar function impacting the result?

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...
