Dear All,
I have a database of laboratory records in Access 2000. There is one
form which acts as an interface to input experimetal data. This form
incorporates information from several tables. I have a flag (yes/no
field) indicating whether a particular experiment (one record) is
completed (ie all data belonging to that record is inputted and
quality controlled). What I want is that when I change the flag to
"yes" the particular record...

I've been trying to come up with a way to ensure user input is coming
from the form on my site, and not auto-submitted from elsewhere, and I
don't want to use the "enter the code shown in the image" method. I know
the $_SERVER contents can be spoofed, so I thought of
doing something similar to this:
<?php
session_start();
$code = mt_rand(0,1000000);
$_SESSION = $code;

Hi. After filling out a javascript quiz form , I'd like it to be
emailed to me via javascript. Those taking the quiz do not have an
email account on the server, but I do. However, I do not have CGI
access. I want a javascript email solution that does not launch the
email client on the local computer. Is there a way I can have an email
sent if I provide the script with the SMTP server name? Security is
not much of an issue in this...

I have a web site I am working on. The ISP is hosting it on an unix server and does not allow CGI scripts.
I have made a form page and it is working well with the results emailed to my clients The results come in as text. My client wants the results to come to them in html i.e., they want it to look like the form page with the results in each field as though you would fill it out and then print it. Can this be done? If so how does one do it...

Hello,
I'm trying to make a very simple comments page on my site using PHP and am having problems somewhere. I am very new to PHP. I was able to create one that works with comments appended, but I want the latest comment to be on top, and that's where I'm running into trouble. Since I know very little about PHP, I thought I was clever in what I came up with. I think it can work if I get the coding right. Let me know if my logic is wrong. I'm...

In this emal form, I'm trying to consolidate all the input into the TEXTAREA portion and then have it emailed to a specific person. I've tried the onClick and onBlur commands but only one field's input shows at a given time in the TEXTAREA box. Then, then when I move to the next field and input text, it just erases the choice from the first field in the TEXTAREA box below.
Basically, I want the data to consolidate in the TEXTAREA box and...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
