MySQL server for use with php

I'm learning mysql along with php. I got this book entitled MySQL weekend
crash course but unfortunately it was missing the cd. The early chapter
that sets up the database has the
code to do this on the cd. The web site is www.mysqlwcc.com I tried to get
a copy of the material on the
cd from the web site. Maybe someone could help. I could use a good
beginners tutorial. I got this at the library and it seems
to be a fast way to get introduced to a lot of the mysql info. that one
would need... a good manageable way to learn.
Running out and buying a book is a bit hard right now, financially. So, I'm
open to any suggestions on how to get the
material or to find a similarly useful course/tutorial that will really get
me up to speed.

various O'Reille SQL and MySQL books are good- no CD required.

to get the software:

Hi there I've noticed some very weird things happening with my current MySQL setup on my XP Laptop, a development machine. For a while, I have been trying to get the MySQL cache to work. Despite entering the required lines to "my.ini" (the new my.cnf) through notepad AND MySQL Administrator, the cache does not work. So, today I took a peek at the 'Health' tab in MySQL Administrator.

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
