Hi
I have an application using asp.net that I am running on my PC.
The web form has a text box where you can enter a name for a new Photo
category then click on the button.
The code is intended to create a new directory under Photos such as
"Relatives".

I would like to do a photo gallery with a liquid layout.
I wanted to center a caption below each photo (or above each photo).
I can do that easily with tables, but then I don't have a liquid layout.
Besides, I wanted to try to do it with CSS. I can do centered captions
with text-align. This works provided the element containing each photo
is floated left. I have found several examples of how to do this.
However I didn't want the...

Firstly, apologies as this is not strictly an Access problem.
I have a Access 2003 database containing records about people, and each
person has 2 photos associated with the record. The photos are stored
in a 'photos' folder. When a record is displayed, so are the photos. It
all works fast and well.
But I'm now getting close to 50,000 records and although it still works
well I'm worried about having 100,000 jpgs in one folder.

My Photos folder opens automatically on startup and re-opens instantly when I
close it. Occasionally a small black banner appears and disappears with the
words "My Photos" on it. My Photos keeps re-asserting itself as the live
window, so for example I cannot even use Start, Shut Down to shut down my
computer, as there is no time to click Shutdown Computer before My Photos
goes active again.
I have scanned for viruses using AdAware and...

I am using KTML for dreamweaver from InterAkt as a rich text editor
and it has a brilliant remote file explorer allowing users to browse
to an image on the server or upload their own new one. The only
problem is that it can only be used in a text editing way.
At the moment i am using a regular file field so that people can
browse their machine and upload to the server, but what i am looking
for is something that when you click on browse...

Hi there,
I have a nice collection of photos on my photoblog, for which I created as well an archive, which shows the last 50 or so photos at the same time.
Now, I would like to have the photos displayed all in the same size (although they are originally in different sizes, some cropped, some landscape, some portrait).
Is it possible via the use of CSS to "squeeze" the photos in for example a quadratic shape without deforming the...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
