Me and my buddy made a website called www.CleaningTips.com, its
basically a free forum and free blog driven web site dedicated as a
source people can goto to find out how to clean and remove stains from
pretty much anything. Problem is, as of yet, you couldn't find out how
to clean anything right now cause the site is new and no one has found
it yet.
We don't know enough about cleaning and tips and tricks to really fill
the site. Were looking to get more useful content so that the website
eventually shows up in search results.
If anyone here is interested, visit www.CleaningTips.com/forum.html,
and if there is anything you could add to the site please feel free to
do so. Email me at Cl**********@gm ail.com if you find anything that
could improve the site or if something doesn't seem to be working
properly. 4 1581

Let's see if I get this right.
You create a website for a subject that you know nothing about. Then you
try to solicit content in a bunch of programming language newsgroups.
Wow, that's pretty pathetic, even for a google-groups poster!
Begone with you.

Maybe they lost the business plan. It's not surprising, since it
was probably written on a napkin.

You know, my ISP did a pretty good job of recognizing the original post as
spam, and dropped it, so I never even saw it until your post came along.
So I wonder, who is more pathetic -- the spammer, who at least is hoping
to make money from his rudeness, or idiots who try to reason with spammers
AND include the spam in their reply?
Thanks a lot Colin, I really appreciate you finding a way to bypass the
spam filtering. Not.
(You know, if I were a spammer, I would disguise my spam as an indignant
response to spam, thus guaranteeing a vastly greater audience.)
Colin, if that doesn't convince you to STOP ENGAGING SPAMMERS IN
DISCUSSION, no matter how witty you think your reply is, let me
point out that by rudely including the text of the spam in your
post, you are associating your name and email address with spam. That
might not be such a good thing to do as more and more people use Bayesian
filtering.

Hi.
Due to the massive amount of choices in free php-based cms-systems, I
thought I'd ask this group for help picking the right one.
I don't need/want a fullblown portal tool. What i'm looking for is a
system that makes it easy to create and publish newsitems, preferably
with support for more than a single category, and easily embed the
latest x in my own pages somehow.

Hello,
I have a system that I am writing to automaticly import Credit Transaction
data into a SQL Server 2000 Database. I am using a VB.Net application to
detect when the file arives and prep it for parsing. The file is
aproximately 10Mb of relatively complex hierarchal data that is defined by 2
character tokens at the begining of each data line. The structure breaks out
into aproximately 6 parent-child related tables with numerous...

I have a website ( http://www.zen62775.zen.co.uk ) that I made HTML 4.01
Transitional and CSS compliant, and I'm thinking of converting it into XHTML
to learn a little about it. Which XHTML variant would you recommend? The w3c
HTML validator mentions XHTML 1.0 Transitional, Basic, Strict, and XHTML
1.1. Would I be able to make my existing CSS work in the XHTML page without
modification to the .css file?

Hi:
I have PDF995 installed (and registered) and contacted the PDF995 tech support for help in
setting up to automatically print Access reports using PDF 995. As a result I received the
following materials. I have asked them how I should set this up (being a neophyte or worse
with VBasic) and have not received any advice I can use. Right now even if I set it up as
an operation explicit, I get an error on the { characters.
Can someone...

Hi,
Regret the fact that this post may be slightly OT to c.l.c, but I am sure
that people there would give GREAT advice...

Bored with the kind of work I am doing, I would love to learn C Programming

Hello everyone,
This is my first attempt at getting help in this manner. Please
forgive me if this is an inappropriate request.
I suddenly find myself in urgent need of instruction on how to
communicate with a MySQL database table on a web server, from inside
of my company's Access-VBA application. I know VBA pretty well but
have never before needed to do this HTTP/XML/MySQL type functions.

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
