Hi,
I keep getting form results emailed to me that would indicate a form
from my web site is getting submitted with all fields blank or empty,
but my code should preventing users from proceeding if they left any
field blank. My guess is that someone is trying to hack the site
using the form to gain entry or run commands -- I don't really know
since I'm not a hacker. I just know that forms are often susceptible
to these kinds of...

OK, I've been taking the detour from hell trying to sort this and after
taking a walk I think I need a rethink.
I have a report for a single employee that includes a subreport which lists
courses taken by that person.
I ask the user for Start and End dates to allow them to see only courses
that fall into that date range. I'm then trying to open the report to show
the current employee with a list of courses that fall within the date...

Hi,
Regret the fact that this post may be slightly OT to c.l.c, but I am sure
that people there would give GREAT advice...
I am working as a QA (Automation), which generally involves writing mundane
Perl scripts for automated testing of a C Utility.
Bored with the kind of work I am doing, I would love to learn C Programming
(I have theoretical knowledge, thanks to a Bachelor's in CS), with the

Hi everybody,
I've downloaded a design from www.oswd.org and have started rewriting the
css and html to end up with a new design for my site.
So far so good, but there are a few problems I don't seem to find a
solution for.
You can see the new design here: http://tesinfo.atspace.com/test.html (it's
based on Blew Wave, http://www.cirkuit.net/, by the way).

Hello,
I have Visual Studio 2005 and am developing my first web site. I see
TreeViews, ReportViewers, etc. but I'm not sure which approach that I
should choose. Let me tell you what I'm going to do and maybe you can
offer suggestions:
1) I'm going to have a bunch of articles that I'm going to be posting
to this website.
2) I need some sort of "tab" or "tree" structure to the left that

connecting Access to a server. I am willing to switch to any version
of Access which might solve the problem. Which server would you
recommend and what are the advanatages and disadvantatges of the

Me and my buddy made a website called www.CleaningTips.com, its
basically a free forum and free blog driven web site dedicated as a
source people can goto to find out how to clean and remove stains from
pretty much anything. Problem is, as of yet, you couldn't find out how
to clean anything right now cause the site is new and no one has found
it yet.
We don't know enough about cleaning and tips and tricks to really fill

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
