Hello,
I am trying to pinpoint an apparent bug in HTML::Parser. The
encoding of the text seems to change incorrectly if the locale isn't
set properly.
However Parser.pm in the directory
(/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi/HTML/)
doesn't seem to contain the "real" parsing statements.

Hi
I hope someone can help me. I have a client side form validation script
which works perfectly in IE but clicking "Submit" in Mozilla does
nothing - the form won't submit.
Is there something I can use that will work for both browsers, or is
there something wrong with my code? I seem to think that the problem
lies with the "onclick" area of the form.

Hallöchen!
I have a module parser.py in the same directory as the main module.
In the main module, I import "parser". On Linux, this works as
expected, however on Windows, it imports the stdlib parser module.
sys.path points to the directory of my parser.py in both cases.
What went wrong here?
