pear error

When I run any pear command in the shell it returns:
Warning: main(PEAR/Config.php): failed to open stream: No such file or
directory in pearcmd.php on line 43

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'PEAR/Config.php'
(include_path='/usr/lib/php') in /usr/lib/php/pearcmd.php on line 43

I have no idea what this means please help.

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not.
