Hi..

My requirement is to populate the fields in the front end screen(applicat ion screen) points weightage and rating when a particular answer is chosen from the combobox in front end.
For illustration:
I m using a cursor to get the fields from a table say.,Points and Weightage which in turn is used in a formula to calculate Rating.I used a function for this Rating. With cursor i fetch the point and weightage.. and a function for the Rating. But how do i get also the rating in the front end..i mean to bring the rating. Can i do this in cursor again.Pleas help.

What is your front end by the way? And you have already implemented a function that calculates the rating and return the rating value back. So form your front end application, on buttion click you can call this function and assign it to some display fied that displays the value.

Hi, guys. I've run into a situation at work, just started not so long ago, and I'm trying to figure out what is going on behind the scenes. This place has the instance in question running in dedicated server mode. Well, it's the backend to a webapp that uses the same username/login to fulfill each of the 100's of users sql requests. That having been said, is the same dedicated server process handling ALL of the requests? If that's the...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
