I'm newbie so please bear with me

1 New Member
I have what seems to me to be a very simple question.

1) how do i successfully email a MS Access file so that it can be used and viewed from another location. I have tried to accomplish it several ways and none work. I cant believe that it isnt something commonly done by people. I can, however; believe that I cant figure it out yet.

Can anyone please help me? Dont worry about me thinking you are going to offend me by it being some very simple thing. I know i cant figure it out thus far.
I will not be offended by a solution to a question. I will only be more educated.

Thank you!

Most email security will block mdb and mde files as they are considered security risks as code could be implanted in the VBA to affect other programs. It does happen. However, most security will let a zip file through. This is what I normally do.

I'm a complete novice...but I do have a background in php scripting...so I'm not a total moron when it comes to this sort of thing. Here's what I'm trying to do: I want to build a script to...

My problem is kind of hard to understand, so please bear with me. I've figured out how to sort the last names, first names and birth years individually, but how do I make it so that all 3 things match up correctly so that the first...

I've been instructing myself in XML DOM parsing using the w3schools tutorial and decided to try an example of my own. I'd written a short XML file that looked like this: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <apartment> <tenant> <name> <first>John</first> <last>Smith</last>

I am new to Visual Web Developer 2005 Expres. I am using absolute positioning and every time I add a button control to my web form its width extends all the way to the edge of the page. IOW I get a long skinny button that extends to the right side of the browser. This does not appear to happen with other controls. Any idea why it happens to the button? Here is how the button looks in source code:

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...
