Mcse or networking course?

I have diploma in hardware and networking.nw wht should i do. Is the mcse.i should do or other networking course

MCSE is must required if you want to improve your skills .

What do you want to do? MCSE is Microsoft-specific, and they do not have much of a footprint in the networking world.

Are you looking for an idea of what job opportunities to apply for? Or a certification to backup your degree?

If you're looking for hardware job opportunities, I would recommend looking for something with a Service Provider doing repairs on their server fleet. A certification in this area might be something like CompTia's A+ or Server+.

If you're looking for network opportunities, then you should look for some type of network engineer analyst or NOC (Network Operations Center) analyst monitoring the status of network devices. A certification in this area would be something along the lines of Cisco's certifications - CCNA, etc...
