I am not sure if this was the proper group to post this, but here is

I am a Java consultant. I have new client I am working for to make a
web based application similar to an ecommerce site. We aren't selling
anything but we have a notion of a cart where you add schedule items.
You can perform actions such as add/edit/remove schedule items to a

Hey,
I'm using the MS AJAX libraries to achieve a modal popup window. Prior
to using the toolkit control, I have a gridview and detailsview objects
visible on the page.. when the gridview row is selected, the detailsview
updates (in a seperate updatepanel - no full refresh)
Now I've added the modalpopupextender and the result is that although
the ok/cancel buttons on the panel appear.. the details within the
detailview are blank...

I have a question regarding usage of AJAX Control Toolkit's Popup
Control Extender .
I am using the Popup Control Extender to display a popup dialog
( panel ) from my asp.net page on click of a button.
However , I need to display this popup only if some statement is
TRUE , otherwise I will update database and redirect to another
page .
How can I do this ?

Hi,
I am using Ajax's modal popup extender to display the information about all the rows of gridview but the problem is when page loads, modal popup extender loads for all the rows... but i want to implement the same as when i request for particular row at that time modal popup should be load.... because it's take so much execution time when the page loads... so is there any solution of my problem ??? Hi,
I am using ajax toolkit's modal popup extender which contains few text boxes and two buttons on it... i want to put validation on some of text boxes but my problem is after displaying message like "please enter name" when i cliks on ok button the modal popup dissapears... means my next line never executes that is the focus on that particular textbox... so what is the problem ??? i m waiting for response....

I've got collapsible extender (CE) putted inside of modal popup extender (MPE), and there is a problem if i scroll the page when collapsible area is visible. I mean the shadow under MPE is getting bogger when CE is showing itself, and restores to previouse size after collapsible panel hides, but.. I am having a problem with a Modal Popup. It works fine in Firefox and Chrome but in Explorer I am able to see the popup but the screen is grayed out and the popup is not clickable. The screen gets grayed out by using a CSS class. Anybody had problems like this in Explorer?

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
