Outlook Tasks

Is there a way to create one report of all the tasks assigned by different
views? I'm trying to send a report that will depict all the tasks I've
assigned either by simple list, detailed list, assignment, by person
responsible, etc. I can't find a way to do this, HELP!

Hi,

It is a pity that the Microsoft Communitie pages is leading people to the
wrong newsgroups.

This is a software newsgroup. You are better of to look in an Outlook
newsgroup.

I have an application that needs to write tasks into an outlook task folder. I keep getting the "Access is Denied" error ASP.NET is not authorized to access the requested resource. Which resource do I need to give the asp.net account access to. I have ran dcomcnfg.exe and given the asp.net account access to all the resources. This doesn't change anything. Any ideas are appreciated.

I would like to have my application add administrative tasks to an Administrator's Outlook Task Folder. I know how to get the User group of the CurrentUser and think I can even code how to do the actual additions. A couple of questions: 1) How do I code it so that it only occurs once - the first time the administrator opens my app. I think I need code that checks if the tasks are already there in Outlook and then aborts if they are....

In my business, I use Quickbooks extensively for billing and accounting and a custom built Access DB for project management. I recently began using MS Outlooks contacts quite extensively as well (recently bought a PDA to bring to job sites!). I have been able to get things set up so that I can synchronize my Quickbooks customer and vendor lists with the Outlook contacts, and thus with my PDA and this has been immensely helpful. My DB has...

Hello--I'm using Outlook. When on "Tasks", my page is set up with "To do List" at the top. I've sorted 'my view' to contain what is important to me. So on my view, it will say "Due Date: Sept. 1, 2008" and then below that are my tasks for the day, organized the way I want. Below all those tasks is another row, "Due Date: Sept. 2, 2008" with all my tasks below that. Etc. Etc. My question is---is there a way to change the font or color on "Due...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
