I am working a project where I am using two monitors and using
HTML/Javascript to display the information I want.
I have my main stuff on the main monitor, but when each page loads, I want
an image to load fullscreen on the second monitor as well. I am using
800x600 resoution on both.

Is there any way to specify which monitor a Window.open() will launch a
new browser window in on systems with more than one display. It would
only need to work with Mozilla browsers, and not IE. Thanks!

I am unable to see the health monitor SQL table functions (e.g.:
SQLPROC.HEALTH_CONT_HI). Have I missed a utility which registers the

Another point about the health monitor - when I get notification messages
all they say is that a particular instance/db has a warning or alarm. I

I dropped the db2detaildeadlock event monitor without flushing the
events that were full hoping dropping it will clear the messages also.
I now understand this is a default monitor that I should not dropped.
Now there are "SEVERE" error messages occuring everyday -few times.
What should I do to ensure these messages are not thrown.

Hi
I'm writing a MFC C++ application using Visual .NET. I'm using a Dual
Head video card with 2 monitors. I want to start my application in the
first monitor but open a dialog box in the second monitor. I tried to
set the X position of the dialog box greather thant the first screen
resolution, but the dialog box still appear on the first monitor.

I just received a 2nd (configured as a dual) monitor but, for Access
only, I can't seem to figure out, if it's possible, to view, say,
Table1 on one monitor and Table2 on the other monitor. If I open
Table1, then Table2, Table2 apparently sits directly over Table1 and
seems anchored so that I cannot move it "out of the way". Is this
bahavior a restriction with Access as I do not have this problem with
Excel or Word?

Hi I am trying to do a script to monitor a dir where files pass through approx every 5 mins but sometimes files may not come in for hours
So the purpose of the script is to monitor by if no files pass through in 1 hour send an email.
So was thinking to use the shell command to grab the time when a file comes in and write to a txtfile.
Now when the files keep coming it will overwrite the old time.
Now if no new files are coming in an hour...

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
