How to write all the links of the google search result page into a text file using C#.
You will need to use a WebClient object to grab the Google page search source, then parse the downloaded html to extract the links (this is called screen-scrapping), then simply use a StreamWriter to save it to a text file.

Here is a link to code that will help you extract strings from html:

Hope this helps.

Hello all, I have an absolute positioned parent div, and nested inside it is an absolute positioned child div -- I mean the div *code* is nested inside, but the child is physically positioned so that it's completely outside the parent div (to the left of its parent, in a left-side margin area). The child div contains hyperlinks. Explorer 6 (on Windows) has no problem with this. However, in Netscape 6, the links are unclickable. I...

Hello, I searched, but couldn't find answers--probably because I'm not sure what this is called... Anyway, I have about 50 web pages and I want to have some JavaScript that will read in a list of keywords, scan the web page and create links on any of those keywords... Is there any way to do this sort of thing? Thanks!

Hi! Pre-requisites: ------------------- 1) Consider I'm about to write a quite large program. Say 500 K lines. 2) Part of this code will consist of 50 structs with, say, no more than at most 1K bytes of data. 3) These structs are to be used by all of the other 500K lines in various places.

You're letting a lot of bad links creep onto that page. Do a Google search for "genesis world energy". The second item found is a broken link to the newsroom. (The third item found explains how the page you are working on is a stock fraud scam.) Bump. "V. Everyone has read access to the folder, but the only folders that should show up are ones that allow them to modify sometime. I can list the directories/files just fine using directoryinfo/ fileinfo. But how can i tell if the current authenticated user has NTFS write/modify permissions on those...

Hello, I was wondering: If obfuscation isn't all that good, why does Google obfuscate its search results' code? Okay, I realize they're a commercial entity and need to do it. How do they do it? Could anyone out there decipher and normalize code for a Google search result page? And despite the obfuscation, why is Google so fast?

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...
