Hi. Is there a way to capture the events fired in a PrintDialog? I
would like to capture when the user presses "Print" so I can do some
cleanup.
The asp.net (IE6) application I'm working on has 6 pages, each of
which has a link to a "print view" page. That "print view" page has a
"print" button which calls a javascript function "printThis":
function printThis() {
alert('printThis')

I have an intranet app that i would like to just capture the Path contained
in the file field html control. The app will reside on an intranet and we
all will have access to this path - it seems a waste to upload the file.
The browse button will capture the path just fine, and display it in the
associated text box. But i can't see to find a way to capture that path on
postback....
I tried looking in the form fields collection but it...

Hi all,
I recently stumbled upon a bug in the ASP.NET framework handling of
ImageButton based postbacks. The issues derives from the fact that IE
and Mozilla handle the case of a
missing image file differently. In both cases, the setup
for the problem is:
1. Create a form with an ImageButton whose ImageURL is invalid, specify
an AlternateText value
2. Submit the form through that ImageButton

Hi,
ASP.NET has some interesting behavior when the user hits the Enter key.
If there are multiple ASP:Buttons (rendered as HTML submits) on the
form, when the user hits enter, the first button's click event will
fire and the page will submit.
I have a series of pages with Previous and Next navigational Btns. The
Previous button is the first button, so when the user hits enter, the
previous page is served up. Enter should result in...

I'm trying to write a control that will take a screen capture of a
particular website when a user submits a form in a web application; one
of the form fields is for a URL - the control needs to get an image of
that web site so that it can be displayed later as a thumbnail image.
I have code for taking a normal screen capture using GDI+ which works
fine. What I am now trying to do is to modify it so the screen capture
is of a remote...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
