VS.NET 2003 install w/o prerequisites cd.

I am trying to install vs, but i don't have a prerequisite cd. I have disk1
and disk2 only. Is there way i can download the prerequisite cd from
somewhere?

btw, I don't have the physical CDS. My work has some deal where we just
download our software right from Microsoft.com. When we downloaded VS.NET
all that was there was two .zip files(disk1, disk2).

The file we downloaded was called this:

VStudio.net Ent DEV 2003 Win32 English Disk Kit MVL UG ONLY CD. Not sure
what this means or why it does not include the prereq cd?

Thanks

I assume your company must be having Open License with Microsoft or
happens to be an MSDN universal subscriber. In the case of MSDN Univ, you
should be able to download the pre-requisite contents.

The Prerequisite CD will not be needed if you already have the
components installed on your machine. These could be FrontPage 2000 server
extensions, Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC v2.7 I believe), .net
framework etc., All these components can be downloaded from Microsoft's
website for free (Frontpage 2000 extensions should have come with your OS,
part of IIS module).

Is this a full product or an upgrade from VS.NET 2002? Also, let me
know if you are getting any errors or its just that its prompting you to
insert the prerequisite CD. If all the prerequisites are available, it
should allow you to click on 'Install Visual Studio' [2nd option].

It may be the upgrade, is that what MVL UG means. Sorry my boss downloaded
it for me. The machine has .net 2002 on it too. When i run setup.exe from
disk 1 it only lets me select prerequisite cd. install visual studio is
"grayed out" .

I read also that the prereqs can be found in a WCU folder on the VS.net CD
RoM. I don't have this folder on disk1 or 2. Any ideas where i might find
that?
