send caplocks

As the user click the 'new' button, as its click event , i put the following
code.
SendKeys.Send(" {CAPSLOCK}")
But it seems doesn't work.

I would like to default to caplock on and I can't set all the textbox in
uppercase, since the user may need to input 'lower case' .
How can i do that ?
thanks a lot

Client send a flag 1 to server indicate it has data send to server. 2. Client send the buffer block size. 3. Client send the actual buffer to the server. 4. Server send a flag 1 to client indicating that the buffer has been successfully receeived. 5. The next loop until all data of the...

I have a service that needs to send e-mail alerts. I have been attempting to use the System.Net.Mail function from .NET but this seems to require the IIS be installed and running. Since some of my customers are not really happy with having the IIS installed, not being used except to send e-mail this is becoming a problem. I have also tried using a little program from code project for sending e-mail which works great on older servers...

Hi All, I am trying to understand the blocking method socket.Send(). The call blocks as expected, but does this mean, it returnes after the underlying TCP layer got a confirmation, that the send data was received by the socket on the remote end? Can I count on that? Do I understand TCP correctly in that, it gives confirmation ? I do not expect, that a .Net based receiver got that data when socket.Send() terminates!

Hello I have created a windows service to monitor a database, it starts some checks when a timer elapses. The checks send emails depending on their findings. My issue is that when I created a windows application it worked fine, however I need to use a service as I don't want to rely on a user being logged in. The errors I get are: Index #:System.Web.HttpException: Could not access 'CDO.Message' object. --->...

Hello, I have read that send() may not send whole message and returns the nuber of bytes sent, so that we can handle the rest of the message. Is it true, because i have tested sending even 1MB long message by the Internet connection and it was sent in one message - send() returned length of whole message? And the second question: If we really need to send the rest of the message, what should i do if client disconnects while sending...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Dear forum friends, With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
