Hey all,
I can't seem to find a way to determine how many columns or rows are in a
multi-dimensional array. The Length and Rank properties would seem to help,
but I can't seem to find that missing piece. Any ideas?

I think you're after the GetLength(int) call - call it with 0 and 1 to
get the lengths of the first and second dimensions (rows and columns).

you can use the Array's GetLength method:
Dim a(3, 4, 5, 1) As Integer
MessageBox.Show (a.GetLength(2) .ToString) ' displays 6
MessageBox.Show (a.GetLength(3) .ToString) ' displays 2

'empty', each time I get a 6000 length list, I wanna add it to the
