Hi,
I tried to install the PWS (Personal Web Server) on a Windows 98 SE computer.
The aim is to learn PHP and test such pages locally.
I inherited the computer, so I haven't the Windows 98 installation CD.
After having downloaded "NT4 Option Pack for Windows 95",
I ran the installf.exe, which more or less installed the french version.
My computer currently has an "Inetpub" folder
with the famous "wwwroot" subfolder.

I have a need to become familiar with SQL Server 2000 for work.

I just installed RH9 on a new machine and installed postgres in the
installation process. I got the following error when trying to
start the postmaster so... I tried removing the postgres software
then reinstalling. rpm first said the software was not installed
then when I tried to reinstall rpm said it was already installed.
How do I solve this problem?

A tale of woe, and a question . . .
Last week my boss said to me "we've installed DB2 Connect on this
Solaris box. Make it work."
Now, I've barely seen DB2 Connect on Windows, having fumbled thru one
install and config, with a lot of handholding from IBM Support. I'm

I have created my first application and stepped through the deployment
walkthrough. I've created an deployment project which works very well.
However, I several stored procedures that need to be added to an existing
database but I'm not sure how to install the stored procedures through the

Prior to the installation of a .NET application our ODBC displays in English;
