Wanting to find a way to create web pages to add to my website without
having to recompile the codebehind everytime I want to add a new one...

I have a web app that takes work orders for 7 different items, each item
gets 1 page for input specs. All works well. I want to add a new item. I

I'm wondering how to add a custom setting into web.config. From this website
I'm doing a http request to another website, and I would like to have the
webaddress of this other website stored as a value in web.config. So just in
case the webaddress is wrong I wouldn't need to recompile it later... So

Is there a way when a user fills out a form and it asks them to enter
a website that it'll be reformatted with http:// in front of it if it
isn't already there. i.e. domain.com would become http://domain.com
but http://example.com would be left alone.
