I ran a MS Access Analyzer program that suggested changing,
"rst.FindFirst strcriteria" to using the, "Seek" instead. I
tried making the change. I get a Compile error that says, "Argument
is not optional". Does anyone have any ideas on how I should change
the FindFirst to using Seek the method?

with Visual Studio .NET, building and rendering web pages using VB "code
behind" files. My problem / question is;
How do I ensure that changes made to the "Global.asax.vb" file are
immediately reflected in the "Global.asax" file? After I change to the
"Global.asax.vb" file, the "Global.asax" file date modified does not change
and I do not see the updated values...

As a newbie to C#, I am not sure what I can do about this. I would like to
do something like an Enumeration to use "constants" like Yes to indicate
true and No for false. But since there seems to be no underlying 0 or non-
zero for boolean values in C#, I am not sure how to handle this. Any
advice would be appreciated.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
