Accessing This Group

I've been accessing this group through the WebTV interface. My days with
WebTV are coming to an end.

My question is how do I access this group with a PC. Is there a web site
I go to ? If so, could someone please post the URL.

Thanks, Art.

Much better get a free usenet news-programme and access usenet via your ISP
news-server.

I use Xnews.

With the problems associated with Google Groups and the amount of free
News feeds Google wouldn't be a good suggestion for accessing c.l.j. It
suffices for research/searching the archives but not for posting.

Do not use Google Groups for posting, its interface is still flawed.
(It is good for research though, you should have tried that before.)

Install a decent newsreader application instead; out of personal
experience, I can recommend Mozilla Thunderbird for Windows and
KNode for GNU/Linux.

More questions about Usenet, NetNews and newsreaders are answered
in the newsgroups

news.announce.n ewusers
news.newusers.q uestions
news.software.r eaders

and in the appropriate newsgroups of your local hierarchy.

Thanks for the replies and info.

I forwarded it all to my PC account and will start learning how to do
this.

Happy New Year.

Later, Art.

I am trying to save a file dynamically created in a webpage. I get the following headers, but cannot figure out how to save the attachment. I am basically trying to replicate what internet explorer would do in this case. You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it. First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
