I have 2 textboxes (textbox1 and textbox2) and one hidden field
(hidden). I want the value of the hidden field to be both values of
textbox1 and textbox2 separated with "-".

Example:
textbox1 = "15"
textbox2 = "25"
Hidden = "15-25"

Hope someone can help me!!!

<SCRIPT LANGUAGE="JavaS cript">
function copy() {
from = document.forms['formname'];
form.hidden.val ue = form.textbox1.v alue+'-'+form.textbox2 .value;

<script type="text/javascript">

document.forms[formName].hiddenBox.valu e =
document.forms[formName].text1.value + '-' +
document.forms[formName].text2.value;

</script>

How can I transfer the schema of a database from one SQL Server app to another? I've used MySQL in the past and all I had to do is create a ..sql file with the DDL statements for the database, then import that file in the other db. Can I do the same kind of thing with SQL Server 2000? If so, how? Also, is there a way to transfer the schema and data? Thanks in advance for the help!!!

Hi, Scenario: I have few TextBoxes on a WinForm, bound to a DataSet (using DataBindings collection). Initially only schema is filled in DataSet (using FillSchema() method), then a new row is added using DataTable.NewRow(). I set the values of few columns of the table at the time when new row is added. Rest of the columns are updated through TextBoxes. The values in the table updates successfuly when i

I need my data generating C program on computer #1 to export small amounts of data (one - 40 byte data structure) periodically (once per minute) to a C program on computer #2. I am considering having computer #1 to create two duplicate data files sequentially. (file_1.dat & file_2.dat). Then, Computer #2 tries to open file_2.dat and upon failure it opens file_1.dat.

I'm trying to code cut, copy, and paste in vb 2005 so that when the user clicks on a toolbar button, the cut/copy/paste will work with whatever textbox the cursor is current located in (I have about 20 textboxes on the form). Also to ensure that the button can't get used if the cursor isn't in a textbox field. And to ensure the contents of the clipboard are "text" contents that have been cut/copied from one of the textboxes on the form. ...

Hi, I've developed a worklist system in Access and I plan to deploy four copies of it to the four users that need it. I said I'll be deploying copies because there is no shared network in the cave I'm working in. Each of the users will have their own copy and work on it on their own machines. It's so 1989 I dunno what to do with myself. Anyway, the manager wants to get a copy of each user's data once a month. So to my problem. I...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends, With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
