I´m not sure where to put this topic, as I dont know where the problem is. But I´ll give it a shoot.
We have a WSUS server here. The WSUS site runs on ASP.NET v1.1
while the applications (Clientwebservi ce etc) run on v2.0 (except Selfupdate and Content folders). I have realised that inorder to get WSUS to work is to give the IWAM acc proper rights to the ASP.NET Temporary Files folder.
Now my problem is that every day (night) this account is removed from this folder, and I have to re-add it in the morning. I am thinking of a conflict in ASP.NET but not sure yet. Also, I get spammed with this error message in the event viewer -> application:
