How to get the directory path when setting up a new webpage?

I have a mac book pro and I am using the iweb program to build my web site. I clicked on publish and it is now asking me for a directory path of which I do not know. How do I figure this out so that I can publish my brand new web stie?

Thank You

Hi there, I can't seem to find any info on this error message that's generated when sending email with CDO: "The pickup directory path is required and was not specified" Does anyone know whether the cdoSMTPServerPickupDirectory field of the Message object defaults and whether it's normal to have to set this value explicitly. My W2K workstations and servers function OK without this

Given the URL Http://www.contoso.com/virdir/page.html, I would like to have a method to return: Http://www.contoso.com/virdir/ Does anyone know how to achieve this?

Hi, I'm creating temporary directories in my web app (e.g. ~/data/temp/temp123) to allow users to upload files. When I later delete these directories (from the code behind), the application restarts and all active sessions are terminated. This error is also described in detail here:...

Hello everyone, I'm looking for a "directory path" solution that will allows me to test my app locally and then test on remote web server without having to update my web.config file each time I modify the file. In other words I'm storing the paths (for centralizing purposes) as custom <appSettings> in the web.config. expample (for local testing): <add key="imagePath" value="http://localhost/app_folder/10_media/images/" />

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
