I'm sitting in a hotel in Chicago as I write this, heh.

The javascript for that image swap is not the same as the other buttons. So, for whatever reason, FF is not being served the same as the others cause the js is not the same in Chrome, for example.

Nice weather today huh?
Quick question then, I use Dreamweaver and it automatically generates this code per image. Do you happen to know what exactly I need to change? I don't know how you read that code and figured that out so quickly!

I don't use DW. The way you look at the markup is through "view source" or a debugger built into the browser or the very excellent Firefox add-on "Firebug".

So, I finally figured out the problem and figured I should post the solution here...I was using a button that I created for a section called 'Forms.' The problem was that I called the button 'Forms' as well. It turns out, that in Firefox, it was treating this button as some type of actual form rather than a button. Strange behavior but when I renamed me button, it worked!!

Cheers!

I'm building a site in Dreamweaver MX where I have a set of rollover buttons. These buttons go dim when the mouse is over them. When clicked, another image appears on a different part of the page (I built this using the Set Nav Bar image function). This all works fine on my Mac, using my browser safari and Internet Explorer. But on a PC using Internet Explorer the rollovers dim but when clicked nothing happens. Does anybody know why?...

I've got several sites that I used DreamWeaver MX to add RollOver buttons to the pages, it also adds some javascript that pre-loads the images and does the mouse_over and such. In FireFox 1.0.1 when I load the page and it pre-loads the images the status bar shows DONE. When I mouse over any item, it changes the image properly, but the status (lower left of browser) shows "Read www.somesite.com", it may also show "Waiting for...

I used Adobe Imageready to build a simple rollover navigation bar, where the text will change color on a mouse over. The working example can be found at: http://www.akujunkan.com/test/NavBar.html However, when I try to incorporate the javascript and code into another table, the rollover stops working: http://www.akujunkan.com/test/index.html

Greetings everyone. See http://www.spiceisle.com/cgi-bin/slideshow/slideshow.cgi?dir=brian/personal/2005/uk_trip/images&type=jpg The "Pause" button works in IE, but not in Firefox. Any ideas why? If you have any other ideas on how the javascript can be improved, please let me know.

Hi all, Can anyone tell me what I need to do to create a 3 stage rolloever button out of an asp.net image control. I don't know too much about javascript or creating user controls. I'm really hoping that someone can just tell me if there is an easy way to do it. I normally use Dreamweaver for creating the rollover but thats just for normal images, not server side controls. Is there any way I can use the code that

what is the syntax for adding a rollover button as an image button? I have saved the button as a .swf file and put it as the ImageUrl, but since it isn't an image, do I need to save it as an image in flash rather than a button? Cheers, Mike

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
