Hi,
I have adapted a drop down menu from USC webpage (www.usc.edu).
The link to my page is

The links to the CSS ans JS files are:

The problem I'm facing is that in IE 6 when the mouse gets over the
drop down menu it does not display sometimes (and sometimes it does).

I have an javascript made menu and some forms with the dropdown
element. When the menu opens and scrolls down the drop down is
displeyed over the menu and obscures the menu choices. I have this
problem only in IE, in firefox it works ok.
Is there a solution to this problem? I tried to hide the drop down when
the menu opens but sometimes the menu covers only a small part of the
drop down, but enough to obscure the menu choice.

Hi I am using a drop down menu adapted from the one in Stylin with CSS

The CSS is below.
It works perfectly in Internet Explorer (using the csshover behaviour
file) but in Firefox (and presumably other standards compliant
browsers) it indents the menu on the screen then indents the drop down

I am trying to figure out what is the minimal simplest CSS I can
have to accomplish a row of tabs, with one or more tabs having a
drop-down menu when you hover over it -- AND the whole tab+menu
markup must consist of only nested unordered lists.
I don't care if the hover-dropdown part fails to works in IE -- if
not, the tabs are still clickable links that load a page having the
submenu choices on it anyway. I *do* care that the tabs...

This Drop Down Menu completely uses DIV's, but i need an IE fix so
that I can drop the menu instead of putting it to the side. Firefox
displays the menu correctly so look at it in firefox and then look at
it in IE.

I'm trying to create a drop down menu based off of some tutorials, but am having trouble.

biggest problem is that in firefox 3 and worse in Safari a horizontal scroll bar pops up in the middle of the screen (and stays in Safari) when the drop down menus pop up (i.e. are mouse-overed).

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
