Does anybody know what is DB2 UDB admin API equivalent to "db2 terminate"

Some background:
I'm developing monitoring application(http://chuzhoi_files.tripod.com). I
want to be able to specify a node number during attachment, so I'm using
sqlesetc (API for "set client attach_dbpartitionum" command). If user
specifies an incorrect node number, DB2 will fail with something like:

Is there a way that I can attach the uploaded file from a client web site to the web server without first storing the uploaded file on the server?
Currently on my local PC (local host) the following code works but not when I run the app from a web server it fails:

Hello,
Currently I am using a large input form on a website that is based on
ASP and JavaScript.
Depending on the values that are filled in by the user the forms does a
refresh and makes other input fields available to fill in. I use the
JavaScript OnChange function (=clientside) that creates a querystring
and does a refresh of the page. It works fine.

can't figure this one out, what's the CSS way to specify the language?
In HTML it would be simply an lang="xx" attribute, or XHTML
xml:lang="xx", but, how about in CSS? This would be required for a
screen reader (text to speech) for accessibility, to help the reader
software use the correct presentation method (e.g. correct language
module).

I'm calling a VB.NET 2003 dll that's registered in COM+. I've added a
reference to it in a VB6 DLL that I'm calling from a Classic ASP page.
Previously I was able to attach to my .NET dll and debug it. I haven't
been able to do this in a while and I'm thinking that it must be
because I've installed VS 2005 on my machine subsequently.

Two issues here:
a) What is the accepted definition of "observer pattern". While I can't
point to anything specific, I do remember having issues with
inconsistency in the definition.
b) Generic observer design in C++. I have been pushing the Austria
"Twin" interface for a while and more recently the multi threaded

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
