open source PHP/MySql project desperate for volunteers

We've developed a content management system that we donate to the
public domain (via a Creative Commons declaration) at
www.publicdomainsoftware.org. Our cms has an emphasis on weblogs,
though we hope to add additional features eventualy. In the early days
of the project, we had a graphic/web designer volunteering some time
with us, but she has since gotten busy with other projects. We are
desperate for someone to help us with the visual part of the project.
Right now, I don't believe that any of the built-in templates validate
as 4.1 transitional HTML, and our interface has gotten to be jumbled
and incomplete.

Anyone who wants to see the software and kick it around should go
here:

http://publicdomainsoftware.org/designer/

To login, scroll down till you see the "login" link at the bottom
right.

To get in you'll need a username and password. Use these:

username: designer
password: designer123

It's a demo site, so don't be afraid to experiment with it.

Open source programs in general suck pretty bad also. Here are some loose facts regarding why projects like Linux, PHP, MYSQL, and other open source programs suck: - Linux is simply a clone of an operating system over 20 years old similar to DOS (Unix). That's ALL Linux is. The kernal was taken, decompiled, and stolen by Linus himself....

Hello, I just read this mail by Brett Cannon: http://mail.python.org/pipermail/python-dev/2006-October/069139.html where the "PSF infrastracture committee", after weeks of evaluation, recommends using a non open source tracker (called JIRA - never heard before of course) for Python itself. Does this smell "Bitkeeper fiasco" to anyone...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For...
