DIV + "callback ?" when visible ?

Mel
i have about 100 topics, when the user clicks on a topic, i would like to
display the content in a DIV section below the topic, using "visible"
function.
so far NOT BAD, i am doing it.

however, i do not wish to load the content of 100 or more topics, since it
can take a lot of time.

QUESTION:-

is it possible to have the DIV content, something like
http://somwhere.com/content98.html, loaded dynamically when the user clicks
on a topic?
and displayed below the topic?

example would be so very very nice

much appreciated

Mel

I am working with MSVC6 on Windows XP. I have created an MSVC project called SHIP I have a file SHIP.i with "%module SHIP" as the first line (file is below). I run SHIP.i through SWIG 1.3.24 to obtain SHIP_wrap.cpp and SHIP.py; the latter contains the line "import _SHIP". I compile SHIP_wrap.cpp and a bunch of files into a DLL which I have the

On Solaris, using the Sun compiler, I get annoying warnings from the following code. The problem is that I am passing a C++ member function pointer to the C library function qsort. Is there a solution? Declaring the function extern "C" fails, because linkage declarations must be made at file scope. #include <stdlib.h> //for qsort template <class T> class Sorter

I'm making a database input form that has many text boxes bound to DB fields. I've written a validatedTextBox class that inherits from textBox but validates the input data. It does this with code that overrides the "onValidating" event of textbox. It all works great except if I exit the form (by clicking the x in the upper right corner) with invalid data in a textbox, my onValidating routine gets called and I am prevented from...

Hi all, In some program I was testing if a variable was a boolean, with this test : if v in My script didn't work in some cases and I eventually found that for v = 0 the test returned True So I changed my test for the obvious "if type(v) is bool", but I still find it confusing that "0 in " returns True

Hi, I have an aspx page with two dropdownlist controls. I update the options in the second ddl based on selection made in the first. I do this with the ICallbackEventHandler interface, as per "Implementing Client Callbacks Without Postbacks in ASP.NET Web Pages" (http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms178208.aspx) This works.

Hello. I'm new to .NET, and I'm trying to implement a callback function. I'm getting Error 2664: cannot convert parameter 1 from CallBack __gc * to CUSTOM_HOOK_CALLBACK_FUNCTION. Here's what I have... I'm a little confused with "static" methods and how to access other unstatic methods. I'm a little new to C#. I'm testing a callback routine within a DLL and the callback function returns a string as one of the arguments. As shown below, I have no problems showing the string in the Report() method in a messagebox or console window, but how does one access a memo or label on a form from a static method? I want to throw the strings from...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...
