Hi,
I want to download Visual Studio 2005 Beta 1 Refresh, but on the site of
Microsoft they say it is only for MSDN subscribers? what is a MSDN
subscriber and how do I get it?
When I try to "Add Passport" on there site, they ask me my "Subscription or
Membership ID'... how do I get these? I do have a legal version of VS.NET
2003 and MSDN, so I pressume I should have what they need there?

I got my MSDN subscription ID throught EMail.
MS didn't send me any card or paper.
Now I lost that email with the id on it.
The only thing I have now is the .NET passport associated to that
subscription.
Is there any way to get back my subscription id easily?
I know it's the Wrong place to ask, but no choice.

MSDN Universal subscription under the Empower ISV Program to start a new
project in .Net (today we dev under VFP 7).
However, we have no one information about the migration of this MSDN
Universal subscription under ISV Program to the new MSDN Premium
subscriptions. All information about the upgrade subscription is about a
non-promotional original subscription.

Regarding new MSDN Universal (I mean Premier) price and level changes:
1) Way too expensive for the small and medium developer Universal subscriber
(and some large ones as well). $10,000 - $15,000 per user?!? Forget it!
2) Do you (MS) honestly believe that the market you are targeting will just

I have a MSDN Subscription expiring this month but really need Visual Studio
2008 when it comes out. I called customer service to find out but they don't
know. They seemed to think it was a possibility but couldn't say for sure.
Does anyone know if Visual Studio 2008 will come with the MSDN subscription
or would it be better to let the subscription expire and buy Visual Studio
2008 when it comes out?

I have an expired MSDN subscription and need to install some software (Server
2003 and VS) from it that requires a product key. Despite the FAQ explicitly
stating that I can use the software after the subscription has expired there
seems to be no way of getting a product key without a subscription.
Any Ideas?
