programers co-op ?

I could find no group as to how to find/start a programmers co-op within
the uk, preferably the south west of the uk. Does anyone know where I may
start to hunt out this sort of idea? I have googled away to no avail.

Thanks

It seems to me that the easiest way to do this is to try to partially emulate an image editing app's Marquee tool, where a user clicks on an image...
