Three questions
1)
I have a string function that works perfectly but according to W3C.org
web site is syntactically flawed because it contains the characters </
in sequence. So how am I supposed to write this function?

I've not had a clear definition in my mind of "citation," and so have
avoided it. For example, if I suggest that the reputation of the New
York Times has suffered, is that a citation?
I suppose it really is and I should shift to <cite> and give up the
use oif a custom CSS tag such as a "title" class. However, that also
brings up a question....

visual studio .Net 2002 ide, it seems that it ignores the
<example> tag. Except for this tag everything works fine.
Can I customize the web pages to include examples?

I am having a thread hang problem in my c# code.
The example on the website: http://csharp.web1000.com/ is a
simplified version of my problem.
You will see in the form that a method TestThread increments a number in the
textbox on the form.
TestThread is called from a worker thread (2nd thread) using a TimerThread.
