Hosting an HTML in my C# program

Hi,
I need to host an html in my dialog box. This is already done by putting the
Microsoft .OCX control on the form, however, I need to know how can I get
the "DOM" of the control, so that I can populate it's contents on fly...

Any idea?

Cheers,
Mehdi

My client has an MS Access database application on her local machine. I have full access to that in terms of changing the design. I've got a simple PHP/MySql application on shared hosting, so no direct access to the db server. I'd like to give her the facility to export the information in her local Access application to the shared PHP/MySql site. From one command button (or similar) in the Access application.

Hi all; This seems at least somewhat on-topic here, so at the risk of seeming shamelessly self-promoting, I figured I would ask. I am the main developer of an open source CRM suite (http://hermesweb.sourceforge.net). We are in the beta-testing of our 0.3.0 release which will include experimental support for shared hosting environments. I would be interested in helping any interested parties beta test the software. Any feedback...

Hi, Does anyone know of a cheap hosting company that will allow me to host asp.net with custom c# DLLs? A SQL Server would also be handy but not necessary if the cost is pushed too high. Thanks.

Sorry if posting this to the wrong group, but do you know of any asp.net hosting vendor with support for Crytal Reports? Apparently they do not exist due to high licensing costs at $25k per cpu. Certainly someone must be offering this? Thanks. -- Jay

Hi all, I recently opened an account with a USA-based hosting company. I'm new to the world of hosting providers, and I have a question regarding performance that I'm hoping somebody here can answer in plain language. I have uploaded a static .html page onto my domain. The page links in two stylesheets and a few images - total page size is 65kb. I opened an

Hey A friend of mine has an idea for a website. Originally he wants to develop it using PHP because then he have to pay less (compared to hosting an as.net website) for hosting the website... But it takes much more time to develop the website using PHP compared to asp.net... So now he wants to do it asp.net 2.0, if he only could find a company which hosts asp.net webpages and annual fee is about the same for hosting PHP pages. what...

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it. First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends, With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
